JinHui Powder Secures First RCEP Certificate, Cutting Japan Tariff to 1.9%

JinHui Powder Technology has taken another step toward stronger international competitiveness: through Tongliao Customs, the company obtained its first Certificate of Origin under the Regional Comprehensive Economic Partnership (RCEP) agreement.

According to the company, the RCEP certificate cuts the import tariff on aluminium powder exported to Japan from 3% to 1.9%. This significantly strengthens the company’s price competitiveness in the Japanese market, said JinHui representative Xiao Min.

The lower tariff directly improves the company’s ability to negotiate prices with overseas buyers and opens the door to more RCEP member markets. As an exporter of air-atomized, ball-milled and fine aluminium powders, JinHui serves customers across more than 50 countries.
