Zhongti New Materials has successfully closed a new round of equity financing and initiated the construction of a 177,333-square-meter (266-mu) "super factory" dedicated to metal powders. The Phase I project is scheduled to commence production by the end of 2026, adding an annual production capacity of over 8,000 tonnes. Focusing on high-end metal powders such as aluminum alloys and titanium alloys, the company collaborates with leading enterprises and adopts green recycling production technologies.

India’s Runaya and Germany’s ECKART have established a joint venture (JV) to construct India’s first green spherical gas-atomised aluminium powder plant in Odisha. Focusing on high-end sectors such as aerospace and solar energy technology, the plant will fill the market gap where India has been fully dependent on imports for such high-precision aluminium powder.
